You can publish every number and manage every line as a separate phone line. The phone line getting the phone call will ring and also light will blink, however, if the phone line is in use, the caller can hear a busy signal, or the call goes to voicemail straight. Another choice is a phone service known as ‘rollover’ in which you can publish just one phone number and the calls occupy phone lines in the descending sequence. For instance, if you have 3 incoming phone lines and 2 callers place a phone call simultaneously, one phone call will ring on Line 1 and the second phone call will ring on Line 2. Both the calls generally provide features like call transfer, voicemail, along with a speaker system that enables a receptionist to alert the agents about the incoming phone calls.
PBX Options
Another added option that the PBX system offers is the ability to connect internally. The whole team can use a telephone to dial other office space extensions without having an outside phone line, generally by dialing the last 3 digits of the phone number, for example, 125 or 124. To access an outside phone line and place an outgoing phone call, the majority of the PBX phone system need you to include an extra number like the number 9, before placing a phone call.

With VoIP phone systems convert your mobile phone into a completely handy phone system. As a traditional phone network, VoIP manages each call that comes into your office. Rather than purchasing a new desk phone and call routing equipment, some apps allow you to make a proficient phone system through your mobile phone. Once the phone system is up and running then you can add each member of your team to the phone system so that all incoming calls are routed to any phones you like, mobile or landline.

Every phone would have all necessary features such as call transfer facilities, hold queues, voicemail, music on hold, and of course, a support department to help with issues or problems and troubleshooting those issues that you might have. In the past, an on-premise phone system was the only method to satisfy this requirement, but now VoIP landline systems fulfill your business needs which you didn’t know you had.
